Motivation
This pull request fixes the network security groups deployment in the
terraform/main.tffile for the Web App + Cosmos DB for MongoDB API sample.Changes
It adds two separate network security groups, one for each subnet in the virtual network. This allows to match the Azure CLI deployment and Bicep deployment and allows to pass the
scripts/validate.shtest.Tests
